During the Diwali festival in 2021, members of Urja Chattrapati Yuva Prathisthan visited the Mahalaxmi branch of KGM Cancer Trust to spread warmth and support among the residents. Around 20 volunteers participated in the initiative during the challenging COVID period, when many elderly and TB/cancer patients were going through difficult circumstances.

The team distributed food, traditional Diwali faral, along with masks, sanitizers, and other essential items to the patients and residents. The visit aimed to bring comfort, positivity, and festive joy to those undergoing treatment, reflecting the organization’s commitment to compassion and community support during difficult times.
