On the second day of the Diwali celebrations, members of Urja Chattrapati Yuva Prathisthan carried out an animal welfare initiative dedicated to the care of stray dogs. The visit was aimed at spreading compassion towards animals, especially during the festive period when many animals suffer due to noise and disturbances.
Volunteers spent time interacting with the dogs and also observed how injured and rescued animals were being cared for and treated at the facility. As part of the initiative, the team donated pet food and other essential supplies to support the ongoing care and treatment of the animals. The activity highlighted the importance of kindness, responsibility, and awareness towards animal welfare.
